Public Relations Agency FAQ

  1. How are your fees structured?

    Our system is structured with a three tired pricing structure that gives you an increase in level of exposure, with a free membership included. We also charge you for an interview that is set up through our system. We don’t charge anything to our Media contacts to ensure they are motivated to utilize our GuestXpress booking services.

  2. What if I’m not happy with your services?

    We can’t guarantee an interview for each of our clients – we wish we could but this is determined by your personal brand, industry focus and other intangibles beyond our control. But, we provide excellence in customer service and at any point in time if you are not happy with our terms of services we will give you a refund.

  3. How does your system work for Public Relations?

    We generate a significant amount of unique visitors to our site each day; most of this traffic is comprised of Broadcast Professionals, Booking Agents and Media / Network professionals who are searching for Guests to book for specific programming or corporate message.

     

    We generate this traffic via organic Search Engine Results, Pay per Click advertising, syndication of our Guest profiles, YouTube Videos and strategic Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Twitter, My Space, Squidoo Pages and many other sites/social media methodologies). We also deploy a direct mail campaign that goes out to thousands of media accounts – this list has been developed in house over a ten year period. Our newsletter, “The Green Room” also receives wide distribution.

  4. How does your Booking System work?

    Media contacts have the ability to search all profiles that are in our system and then can clickthrough to your personal profile and make a booking request for an interview – our automated patent pending backend system sends out a message to you via email and our staff is also copied on the request, so we can ensure you get the message.

  5. If I don’t want to schedule an interview with a Media entity can I turn them down?

    Absolutely, if you are not interested in being interviewed by one of our broadcast partners you can let them know you are not interested through one of our trusted client representatives. There is no charge for the latter, we just want to help our clients any way we can.

  6. How are travel expenses taken care of?

    This is strictly between your client and the Media contact – they may or may not be able to negotiate travel expenses, depending upon their expertise, field that they’re are working in and/or other intangibles.

  7. My client is a published author or speaker with materials how can they promote these via GuestXpress?

    We are singularly focused on helping your clients get valuable media exposure; but, they will have an opportunity to mention their book and/or other products/services during an interview. They may want to bring this up prior to their interview with the Media Company.

  8. What happens if I am invoiced for an interview and through no fault of my own it is canceled?

    We will of course return your incurred fee and/or also work closely with you and the Media outlet to reschedule another interview. Sign up with GuestXpress™ today!
